Nope. Not gonna do it. Your screen will always show brighter colors than can be printed. I know of ways in Photoshop to tweak the prog to give you a better representation of what will print, but not in PhotoImpact. After a while you start too know what you can work with.

Kristen . . . I have photo Impact also . ..
here are two samples that I printed out --- that might come close enough for what you are looking for --
the one marked --- #One prints closest to neon
you can make the adjustments in the ULead Color Picker
OH . . check the color setting for your printer . ..
Cyan +5
Magenta +5
Yellow - 15
I hope this is what your looking for . . .
