Does this have pigment inks that will work on transfers. I been through the book and on epsons site and can't seem to find out.

It's the Epson Stylus Photo RX580

Thanks in advance

hi dad!! that printer comes with the new Claria inks from epson......they ARE dye based. that said, i printed a shirt from these inks about a week ago just to see what it would do.....it's been washed and dried now twice without losing a lot of color or clarity. i haven't had time to do any more laundry since then but will keep you posted if it doesn't turn out well!

this is what i've been using ::: Welcome to Joto Paper ::: - the inkjet premium and have had really good results with it from my 9600 with ultrachrome UV inks - it was busy one day and i ran one off the little epson with the new inks just to try it. so far, i'm pleasantly surprised but time (and laundry!) will tell
