I just took a quick look at the shirts and I think they're screen printed directly to the shirts, or maybe plastisol heat transfers (screen printed to special papers). DTG can also do the job.

the print cracks only after a few washes. so I thing it must be a transfer.
May be printed with plastisol and waterbased inks because there is a texture feel between some of the colors. Like the black doesnt stand out like the other colors.

screen printing not done properly can crack after a few washes as well.

Any type of printing done poorly will probably crack (except maybe embroidery and dye sub )
