Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone knew of anywhere in Australia to buy empty Epson Stylus 3000 cartridges and pigment ink or a stockist overseas that will ship here. The printer currently has the dye based cartridges in and I'm looking to change it over to pigment based so I can do T-shirt transfers and also make the posters I do more fade proof.

The printer isn't mine but a local business lets me use it and I print their posters out for them (they don't do enough to warrant using a print shop) so I need an ink that can do both posters and transfers. I've only seen Epsons Durabrite where I live so I'm not sure what else is available, so if someone can recommend something else that's easy to obtain that would be great.

I found a link on here a couple of months ago but can't seem to find it again so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try DGS Mimaki in Wollongong - Australia's Mimaki Importer: Digital Graphic Solutions :: Large Format Printers, Signs Cutters and Software - or ring 024272 3663 as I used to get my dye sub cartridges from them for my 3000.

Thanks for the heads up Thommo, the owner of the printer would prefer I get the cartridges in Australia if possible.

Cem - dunno how much you know about Australia cobber, but Wollongong is in NSW and is the spiritual home of Aunty Jack! Watch out or she'll rip ya bleedin' arms off for not knowing that!

Umm yes I know Wollongong is in NSW, Perth may be isolated but I have actualy heard of Wollongong Ha Ha. I was refering to my original post where I had found places overseas that stocked them.
