Unhappy Newbie needs help

I purchsed the Hanes Beefy shirt and did a transfer that I made off of my computer to it last night. It looks like crap. It is already cracking, one corner peeled, and etc. I am not happy. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please help.

more info required.....what transfer paper did you use - and did you use a heat press or a household iron? what time/temp/pressure did you use?

sorry I am using a heat press JetPress 12 to be exact it does not have temp settings nor weight setting on it.

The paper I am using is from printonit.com not real sure of what other information is needed on this or even where to find it.
