I print ProWorld stuff all the while and find them extremely good. Could be several reasons, obvious ones being not enough pressure, time or temperature.
If this is a hot peel transfer then I do all mine at 197c for 12 seconds, medium pressure and this works a treat. I always preheat the shirt for 6 seconds first to make sure all moisture is out.

When I first started pressing plastisol transfers I was very frustrated because they weren't turning out right either. Some of the transfer ink would stay on the paper and I ended up with a lot of new shirts in my own wordrobe 'cause I couldn't sell them.

What's working best now is prepressing the shirt for 6-8 seconds. I set the hot split transfers at 390 and press for 8-10 seconds. I let it cool after pressing the transfer for about 6-10 seconds and then start to peel away the paper. After all the paper is removed, I then repress the shirt with a teflon sheet for 8 more seconds to make sure the entire image is applied to the shirt. This does give it a waxy, glossy look, but I like it and it makes the shirt look good. In addition, the glossy look does disapate after being washed.

I've noticed that transfers from X-it with red ink on them can be the biggest problems and stick to the paper.

Hope that helps - Ryan

I purchased some plastisol transfer from Boo-z Warehouse was dissatisfied. Most would stick to my teflon and not the tshirt. Wasting transfers and tshirts, what a joke. Glad I did not put too much money into this. Will try Ace Transfer.
