ok, good thing this site is around I applaude you guys n gals, very knowlegable.

My question, I just got a jetpress 12, I just did my first presse's (standard size transfer sheet 9x11 or whatever the dimension is) onto 100% cotton t shirts, and about 1/2 inch around the whole image there is a crease (a square crease around the square image). Now I know this is from the Pressing part - The shirt between the heat plate and the hard foam underneath. Question is How do I Prevent that crease ? ? ?

Hope I explained that enough to be understood.

just wash the shirt and the crease should come out.

hey,thanx for the response, yea I thought of that but if Im reselling these and if I mass produce them thats a bit of a hassle. and based on the research I did washing a shirt after a press aint part of the procedure, that could be time consuming and not cost effctive.

If you use a teflon sheet it should reduce or eliminate the crease all together.

I get that too sometimes. If it is for a customer I just press the lines out if I have time.

They will go away on their own if you just leave them. They just look bothersome when you first take them off the press.
