Default looks grey on paper but after pressing its green?

Im using coastal everlast inkjet transfer paper with an epson durabright ink cx5000.

When i print on the paper the color grey looks grey. But after heat transferring at 375 for 20 sec. it looks a definite green.

Ive tried lower heat and lower times at the higher heat and it doesnt make any difference..its still green after heatpressing?

Any ideas on where to start?

I assume that printer uses Durabrite ink? Try adjusting your color profile settings. When printing, click advanced settings, then set Yellow to -15, Cyan to +5, and Magenta to +5. See how that looks; you may need to tweak it a bit further form there, but it's a good place to start.

I have this same problem on a shirt I did last night. Should those settings be the ones to use all the time or just for gray?

Thanks!

Nancy

I would use them all the time if using Durabrite ink.....
