Unhappy How to wash out a transfer?

Is there away to get rid of all the white residue surrounding your transfer? I made a mistake of not cutting around the transfer, I'm a newbie.

No... But you did learn something didn't you. I cut within 1/8 and have gotton right up to the design.

Yes I did learn something and I will always remember to cut my design as close as possible.
