This is perhaps the wrong place for this question but I have a broken heatpress from "the Magic Touch" made by INSTA.
It's the metal tube which guides the wiring from the machine to the heat element.
It's a part which the company here in Holland just doesn't want to supply....they just want to sell a new machine.(but it's our backup machine...so we dont need a new one!!!)

So the question is: who can supply me with a part for the insta machine model 216 ???
