Lightbulb Experience with hotfix rhinestones anyone?

Has anyone had success with applying rhinestones over a screenprint? For expamly a t shirt is screen printed with the word Sassy on the front. What happens if you bling out the Sassy? - of course using hotfix stones and a heat press.

Here you go:
Rhinestones

(the answer is "yes with waterbased inks, no with plastisol")

Hey There! Thanks a bunch. I tried it and I'm using over 300 rhinestones over a screen print thats on the back of a jacket and sadly some of them came off after wearing it and driving around all day (I saw them in the car seat when I got p and was mortified). Does that mean the screen print was not water based? I have a custom order to fill but I don't want to sell something that isn't full proof.
