Default where do you get a tester to check the temp of your press?

Hi, I just got a new Hix swing 15 press. I am trying to see if the heat nob is showing the same temp as the press is. I know that presses very but I am not sure mine is doing the temp I need. I tried a meat thermometer in the press and it only showed 250 range when the nob on the press showes 350. What can I buy to do a more accuret over all temp. test. Where can I buy it. Thanks for any help.

Harbor Freight Tools

You most likely want to purchase the non-contact/infrared version
