Default Plastisol and halftones?

I have a logo that I'm trying to convert to a single color. It converts more nicely to greyscale (or the pantone color version of) but has halftones.

Are there plastisol companies that print these and consider it a single color? Or am I stuck using her pixelated one-color TIF?

I'm also guessing I really don't have to send the file in the exact color I need, ie if I need the same file printed in 3 separate colors, I should be able to send it once with a note to which colors I needed?

I have more details in this thread: Need to make this logo work for Plastisol transfers

(yes, I can call companies but I'm on the east coast and no one is open yet <G>)

Thanks,

Diane

What's wrong with half-tones? And one copy should be fine...you only need to change the ink to change the color of a one color print.

Not saying anything is wrong with halftones! Just don't know if they consider it a multicolor or single color?

It is single color. And it can be printed.
