Default dark tranfer paper

I want to buy dark transfer t-shirt paper. I own an hp ink jet printer. However every type i've bought so far has not come out in the wash. I want to get a good quality paper and am prepared to pay for it if i can be guarenteed it will survive the wash. I have heard vinyl paper is good but cannot find any seller. I also need them to be able to deliver to ireland.

Opaque transfer paper is generally not the best quality. You might find some more options in this thread:

What's the best type of opaque Heat Transfer Paper, in your opinion?

If you can I would think about having plastisol transfers made. You can find out more about them here:

what is a plastisol (silk screen printed) heat transfer: a definition

As for shipping to Ireland, these companies might be able to do it:

UK BASED: plastisol transfers

Have you tried changing over to laser opaque transfer paper? I've been using laser for 2 years and all of my customers love it. You also have a choice of which opaque paper to use, 1 step paper or 2 step. Go to Welcome to the Paperhood and check them out. They're located in NYC and I don't think they'll have a problem shipping to ireland.

My Konica 2400W with stock ink has seen three years of service. The best paper I have found for light or dark cotton or cotton blend imprinting has been the "Forever" line marketed by Conde. I purchase Conde's Haynes Sof't'link squares and imprint them either as 100% poly with an Epson C88+ and ArTainium UV+ ink IN REFILLABLE CARTRIDGES or turned over to create 100% cotton samples. The laser printing on the Cotton has yielded 37 washes with minimal degrading of the image. I cut up some black 50/50 blend failures and all have been washed over 20 times with minimal loss of color.
