Discuss the various aspects of heat press technology. Transfer paper, inks, plastisol transfers, vinyl cutters, printers, commercial usage, durability, suppliers, etc.
does anyone know where i can get a "old school" the movie with will ferell and luke wilson design plastisol transfer and not the actual tshirt with it on it but where can i find the design for it? or should i just find the image and print it my self? i have a professional heat press and im trying to learn how to use it so i can use all the pointers i can get.
Are you planning on selling the shirt or will it just be for personal use? If you are planning on selling it, you should know that you could run into some legal issues if you just have your own transfers made of the image.
(and it's still illegal for personal use, you're just significantly less likely to get caught).
I don't know of anywhere selling licenced transfers for the movie, but I also haven't looked. Hot Topic are the most likely candidate for selling licenced merchandise, but that's 1) retail, 2) finished shirts, not transfers. New World Sales is always worth checking, but I don't know who if anyone is actually selling them.
i am gonna make some for me and friends. i see them all the time on ebay and was wondering where they get all those designs. could you tell me where to find those thank you
could you tell me where you get your transers from or what paper you use because when i use them i get white all around the image i want i want just the image on colored and light shirts not white around the edges.

You probably won't find that transfer for sale legally. The people selling them on eBay, unless they are officially licensed have made them illegally and are selling them at the risk of getting caught/sued. They probably took a photo and designed the shirt themself.
