Discuss the various aspects of heat press technology. Transfer paper, inks, plastisol transfers, vinyl cutters, printers, commercial usage, durability, suppliers, etc.
When the transfer instructions say 350-375 for 15-20 seconds whats the best way to do this. 350/20 ? 375/15 vise versa ?
I kinda split it. 365 for 18 or as close as I can get.
I use a HIX 15x15 swingman if that matters.
THanks

If it says 350-375, I put it closer to 375 (maybe 370 or so) and when is says 15-20 seconds, I try it in the middle, about 18 and go from there. Usually that works okay.

Treat it like you would some instructions that say 'microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes' for example. Different equipment gives different results, so companies usually give a little wiggle room in their estimated pressing time & temp. Test it on a scrap t-shirt at a few different times/temps and see what works best for you and your press.
