Default transfers

Has anyone had any problems with First Deition printing? I had a order that I placed with them and 2 days later I added to the order (the order was not OK'ed yet ) they invoiced the order the same day and took out the $$ the same day but I had to pay 2 seperate shipping charges. The total order would of qulified for free shipping so because of their mistake I was charged shipping. While the transfers are good the customer service is not. I guess I am just ranting this is the first company I have delt with hopefully the others are better. Do any of you have any other companies you get transfers from that you can recomend?
Thanks
Jeff

Jeff, did you talk to someone at First Edition about this?

Lots of people here have had good experience with this company. I don't think they are trying to screw you over or anything like that.

It sounds like something you would want to take up with First Edition. Many people have reported great service from them. Give them a call and talk to them about the situation.

Since you added to the order late, it's possible that it didn't qualify for the free shipping or it was already in process on their end. The only way to find out would be to call them and talk to them about the order and see what they say.
