Default step by step heat transferring

I need help! Could someone tell me step by step how to heat press t-shirts, the materials that I would need and the what brands are the best for such materials. I'm a beginner who want to sell the t-shirts so I can't afford really expensive equipment but at the same time no inferior products. Thank you!

One thing to consider is if you don't want invest money in equipment, you can just outsource the printing to a screen printer or heat transfer printer who can print your designs for you.
