Default Cold Peel transfer paper for ink jet

While ordering more tranjet II paper from Coastal, I noticed they now have cold peel paper for ink jet printers. It says it gives a glossy look to the design. Has anyone used this?

Hmm.. might be the same thing as opaque paper?

What's the best type of opaque Heat Transfer Paper, in your opinion?

You can use opaque paper on lights.

But "for lights" seems like it would mean "designed for lights" more than "you can also use it on lights".

I think opaques are really meant for dark shirts.

I'd like to hear more about the cold peel as well if anybody knows more about it
