Default Epson Printers

Hello All, Does anyone have any experience in the UK with the Epson DX6000 for printing transfers? The price is similar to the D88 (C88) but it has a scanner. Everyone seems happy with the C88 but the scanner on the DX6000 comes in handy if the quality of prints is the same. Any thoughts?

It is not so much as the the printer but what ink you use. If it takes durabrite ink then you are OK.. If not then you may want to reconsider using it for transfers. Also You can not attach a CIS system to it because it has a scanner lid.

Thanks Lou. It does take the Durabrite ink so i guess the only thing to weigh up is the advantage of the CIS system with the D88. More thinking to do.
