Default What type of transfer to use? white design on navy t-shirts

I am looking at doing around 75 navy blue shirts and I believe I am going to use 100% cotton shirts or use 50/50 shirts. The main question is what type of transfer do I use if I want a white logo on them. I am going to be doing the heart size logo on the front and a 10" by 10" on the back. I am just confused as can be and can not make up my mind yet as what to use. I am looking for a long lasting inexpensive transfer. I will be doing a few at a time and am looking for some help before placing the order.

Sounds like you described plastisol or cut vinyl. If you don't have a cutter, plastisol is the winner. You can gang the small designs together and save some money, and they sit on the shelf until you are ready to press them.

If you wanted them all at once, screen printing would be a good choice.

Is that what you were thinking?

If you are going to be putting the design on with a heat press, I would suggest emailing or calling one of the custom screen printed (plastisol) transfer printers and getting a quote for your design.

The plastisol transfers will probably be the best for the garment color and design size you're looking for (in my opinion).

They'll send you the transfers on sheets, ready to press onto your garments.

I was thinking of plastisol. I am new to this and just was not 100% on what to use. Will there be a outline left if I use this. I found a pretty good place to have them done but have been to nervouse to make a move and was looking for some advice. I am new to this and am afraid to make a move and it be wrong. Thanks for the help!

Best way to learn. Can you get some samples of the plastisol and try it out?

I am waiting for them as we speak! I am going to try out First Edition. I like there prices and have heard alot og good things about them. You know anyone else that has some good competitive plastisol prices. I have looked at all the ones there and likde First Edition's prices.

There is no outline or box left on the shirt with plastisol transfers. Just the design.
