Unhappy Heat press help

Hi all! Been stalking for a while but first time poster,so go easy on me.

I popped on my generic 15x15, ebay heat press today thinking ima hook up some tee's. Few minutes later I notice that temp won't rise. I thought it was the fuse so fooled with all that. LED display is on so its not the fuse. Does anyone know what may be the problem? Anyone had similar problems.

P.s. typed all this from a droid so excuse blockyness.

Ok the only thing that should keep it from heating up, aside from making sure it is turned on, I would think would be a heating element is not working correctly. Is there any other switch that is seperate from the display for the power to the heat press itself?

No. Just on off buttons and temp/time settings. All of which I made sure were properly set.

It sounds like it could the heating element then. I would call the distributor on monday and ask them if there is anything you can do, or ask for a replacement press. It should heat right up after plugging in and setting the temp, and turning it on.

Ok wait a sec, you did set the temp right? You do have to set the temp before it will start to heat, as it needs to know how hot to get.

Sorry for dbl post.

Yes temp was set correctly and time was given to reach set temp. I've used it plenty of times before, just this time it didn't get hot. Its not a raggedy old machine, had it about 5-6 months.
