most patch companies off these. Depends on what your looking foe exactly, yet most offer patches with the sticky backs like scrambled eggs.

Google for custom patches and you should get some goodn results.

I think most of the embroidery shops in your area could make embroidered patches for you (if that's what you're looking for). To make it "heat applicable", they just have to use "double adhesive" sheets, placing the finished patches on one side, applying heat using home iron, and cutting each patch using scissors. When you finally want to stick the patches on your garments, just peel off the backing sheet, place the patch on the garment and use your home iron.
