Default Plastisol on 50/50

I've been doing some plastisol transfers on some 50/50 black t-shirts and was wondering if you guys and gals ever wash your shirts before giving them to the customers? I have read that some of you wash them to get the press marks on the fabric and was wondering what you guys did for customer shirts.

The last thing my customer wants to put in his store are tee shirts that were washed. The answer is no. All my shirts are crisp and folded for my clients.

What do you do to get rid of the marks from heat tape and the outline of the press?

badalou: what pressure do you use? do you have 100% cotton or 50/50 shirts?

Jasonda:same questions and unfortunately, I already had a pillow, so I was a little surprised to see the marks. Also I have the sheen problem but the shirts are slightly shiny to begin with, I'm guessing that's the 50% poly.
