Once you have applied the paper to the shirt it cannot be removed.

Some opaque that has very sticky top coating like Alpha Gold can be lifted off the shirt using plain paper. You have to peel both the opaque and the bond paper together while hot. Peeling just the plain paper will not lift the opaque off the fabric. Even though it is successful in peeling the opaque the adhesive will stay on the fabric. So to remedy that, press a new opaque with printed image slightly larger than the adhesive trace to cover it. You can press another opaque over the old one but the end product will be too thick and have very heavy hand.

i think its depend on what opoque paper, some opque paper like blue grid can adhere to bond paper when you repress it. Luis is right just follow his procedure.
