Default Leaning toward the Hix Heat Press any suggestions?

After doing some research I think I am going to probably go with the the Hix HT 400P over the Maxx...what are some of your thoughts. The selling feature I like is that the Hix looks like it can handle a bit thicker product, but can slide the t-shirt over like an ironing board to quickly do 2 sides. I am a total noob and actually do laser engraving, but want to add shirts. Am I making the right choice to start. Don't want to go to too cheap. I paid 18k for my laser engraver, so I want quality. Thank you in advance of any answers and suggestions.
Tim

The Hix is a good machine..as are several others. But you will get good service from the Hix. I have a older (7 years) manual press and still going strong
