Default Help!! Question about heat transfer or plastisol

Ok, so I have an order for a 4 color design. I typically use vinyl and heat tranfers if I have to, but I used plastisol one time in the past and wasn't that thrilled with the result. There was a lot of detail and I don't think that it cam out as crisp as it should have. I was going to order plastisol for this job, but I'm slightly uncomfortable with the supplier when I asked which trasfer I should use.

So, the question is since there is a large amount of detail should I heat transfer all of the design except the flag and just plastisol that? Would that look ok? I don't know what I should do and my deadline is approaching rather quickly.

Any advice would be great. I've already ordered in the shirts.

Jess, the design is actually 5 colors. White, black, orange, blue, and red. I would suggest having a plastisol transfer made. How many do you need? It might be pricey unless there is fairly large quantity.

They are only 4 color, no orange. I think that the red around the lettering on your monitor might be coming up wrong. I need 100 of them.
