Unhappy Help with Jet Opaque corners peeling

I just started using Neenah Jet Opaque transfers and the corners are peeling. I used the settings given in the instructions (30 secs. @ 350) and noticed the corners didn't adhere so I repressed them but without success. I increased the temp from 350 to 375 at 25 secs hoping that would help and it looked like I had a winner but alas, peeling corners. I'm using a Hotronix press at pressure of 7. I need help as I've printed 6 shirts thus far and I can't keep eating the loss of materials trying to figure this out. I don't want my customers calling me back after a few washings telling me their designs are peeling off, especially when I can't even get them out the door without the peeling corners. HELP!!!!

Default Re: Help with Jet Opaque corners peeling

The instruction says 30 seconds but I find that using 10 to 12 seconds I get better result. It does not lose opacity and adheres to the fabric better. Try rounding the corners a bit. The manufacturer recomends to round the corners.
