| newbie setup advice... hello everyone .. I've done my research little bit... I'm a graphic designer so i got the programs, and printer information that i need... i would like to know a decent and somewhat cheap setup to start my own heat press/t-shirt biz (once up and running ill buy better equipment)... so for the mean time here's a run down of what i have read, i might need... can anyone let me know in each category what is a decent and somewhat cheap brand/model? cheap meaning, i don't have to spend a grip of cash... i know some things might cost more than others... I'm flexible... #1. Heat press: what brand/model is good, cheap and durable (i hear a "double arm" press is better and breaks less than a single arm) #2. An inkjet printer: CHECK #3. Graphic design programs: CHECK #4. Vinyl Cutter: i've read that since it's an inkjet printer ill need a cutter with an optical eye... is this true? if so, which one is not high priced and affordable? do i NEED an optical eye cutter? #5. Material to print on (ie. shirts, etc): CHECK
P.S... Can anyone shed some light on this for me? thanx a bunch... |
