Draw a circle using the Ellipse tool.

Write some text anywhere in your document.

Select the text, go to Text -> Fit Text to Path in the menu bar.

Move your mouse to hover over the top of the circle you created, and left click.

To arc along the bottom of the circle, do the same, but add the text to the bottom of the circle.
Then, click "Mirror Horizontally", then "Mirror Vertically"

There will be some controls also that open and allow you to control the amount of offset you want. It's really easy.

You'll need to have different settings on the words so a word like coffee is not printed upside down.

Have each word a separate object and fit each one to the path based on how you want them positioned.

Try this link. Shows you how to fit it to the circle and how to flip the text so it's not backwards.
