Need to Register?

I have a two color print that I am having aligning issues with as well as a few screen ink issues. First, the screens are not aligned even when the print registrations are matching. Once I run the ink through not only is it offline but it runs through to the pallet. Also the ink seems to be caking up in certain areas of the screen. What am I doing wrong?

What type of ink? Plastisol or waterbased.

Does the film that you used to burn your screens match when you register them together?

What type of registration marks are on the film? In how many places-more than 1?

What garment are you trying to print? What's the weight or style?

What size screen are you using?

What's the other color of your design? Which one are you printing first?

As I wait on your repsonse, I am going to remove the ink and reclean and reposition and see what happens while I wait on your response. When the lined up they looked fine, when I did the first 3 run throughs they were off line.

It sounds like you need to register your machine.
