Default Plaster effect to white colored objects

So i need to screen print a band logo. There design is lime green on black with white shading. When i parts of the logo filled black the "Plaster" effect matched up perfectly to what i needed it to look like. but since i am screen printing the logo i when my fill was black the shading turned white, i need the exact opposite the fill to be white (so the shirt comes through) and the shading black so it can be screen printed white. I have tried inverting the object but this completely changes the effect. I also have gotten the effect to look close to what i need with white fill but it has gradation from black to gray to white. i know this is really confusing b/c im confusing myself, hopefully pics will help.

This is what i need the t-shirt to look like when printed the black is the shirt coming through. and the white is printed white.

this is what happens when i try to invert

this is also plaster effect with white fill, this would work if the gray area was not there be\/c i need the shirt to come through.

If anyone has any ideas it would be great im a really stumped at tis point!!!!
