Is it an image saved in Word? If so, I think I just copy and paste the image. Not too sure though, as it is uncommon for me to get doc files...not uncommon enough, however.
Thanks, that worked. I don't get many either but I received one yesterday and two today. One customer said that they have a jpeg be will only email it if she orders from me. Possibly she thinks she's protecting her artwork? If that's the case she's overcomplicating the process.
