Default shirts and print

Does anyone know of t shirt manufacturers that are currently used by popular t shirt companies? What type of print is used on Christian Audigier t shirts also what is the shiny material he uses to print his logo on the back of his shirts?

Not sure who prints for other companies. We print for Pronwear and Dave's Mental Tees, but many of the brands have their own shops.

Just use American Apparel. Seems like you can't go wrong with that for a high end look

Wow, another ridiculously expensive tattoo art brand

For the prices they're asking they better be custom milled shirts.

They are screen printed, and the shiny stuff is foil.

Most of our clients use Alstyle Apparel as they are local to us. The Ed Hardy's and Afflictions of the world have their garments custom made but you can find generic slim fits that are very close in style and feel from most suppliers. They are generally all over discharge prints with the addition of foil, embroidery, etc...

I work at a Screen Printing Facility as the Color Separator/Artist. I also design a clothing line for a friend of mine when I'm not so busy.

We once calculated our shop time just to ramp up and print one shirt. I believe it ended up being 400.00. Our shop really can't take on anything less than 300 shirts per design but even then, that usually happens only for our biggest customers as a favor. But now that I think about it, the economy has probably swayed that a bit. I'll ask the Production Manager the next time I see him.

Anyways, sorry but we couldn't print just one single shirt.
