Corel x4 feather tool
Having problem w/ feather tool in Paint, It is not high lighted when I go to use it on an image, need some direction on this one.

Re: Corel x4 feather tool Feathering manipulates pixels, so it's normally used with a bitmap.
There may be a way to feather a vector, or give it a feather look, but I am not sure. Check the Corel help file.
If it is a vector, you can convert it to a bitmap in Coreldraw using the Convert To Bitmap command on the Bitmaps menu.

I was using a jpg. converted to a bitmap. I used to do it alot, its been a while I must be forgetting something.
