it is a little confusing so I would say go with the largest size possible, 600. If true vector eps it will come in as a vector image that is not resolution Dependant. If it is a raster image the 600dpi should suffice your textile needs.

High quality urban style vectors and Very reasonable prices for their sets; and if you still want it one the cheap (meaning free) side go to the Blue Vertigo site, then move to the "Vector Clip-Art" section.

It's worth noting that the youworkforthem site doesn't allow their images to be used on t-shirts.
i am a screen printer and i also do embroidery. i use a company called copyartwork.com They have any artwork that i send them back to me the following day and sometimes the same day i give it to em. i would highly recomend them.
