most common inks for screen printing are either plastisol or water based.. it all depends on what type of feel of the shirt you want and what you're screen printer can handle. water based inks and discharge screen printing have a softer feel than plastisol screen printing. (discharging cannot be done on all types of shirts)
you plan on printing these yourself? you will need a fair amount of equipment and materials, especially for screen printing a 2 color print.

If I am understanding your question correctly, you are going to be using transfers? And you want to know if inkjet or laser is best?
For inkjet make sure to use pigment ink, and a paper like JPSS as it seems to be the favorite around here
You could also get plastitol transfers made which would be alot nicer, and you can apply them as you want. They are screen printed transfers that you just apply as you get orders, instead of having to have a large stock of shirts already printed. There are many companies that make them. You simply send them your artwork and they make the transfers for you. Then when you get them, you just heat press them to the shirts as needed.
no i wont be using transfer i mean to print the design on the transparent paper and yes i will be doint this my self cant i sut do the red and the letters jus be the shirt or do i have to do the white for the letters
Yes you can just do it with letting the letters be the white in the shirt, in fact that would save you from having to make a screen for that color Then it looks like you would only need two screens, one for red and one for green.
