Default Bigger Designs for Shirts

Anyone know where I can have shirts made where there isn't a section restriction where Your design can go anywhere on the shirt?

all over printing sources - screen printing print all-over the t-shirt with a belt screen printer

I've never used them, but Amb3r and Jakprints both come highly recommended from a source that I've never met, yet one that I respect and whose advice I trust implicitly. (Jeff Finley from GoMedia)
