what does this mean?
where excactly is accurip not working ...are you printing from Photoshop , Illy or some other software?
the only reason my accurip stops working is because the port was changed......check your port settings.
hello and yes photo shop. it goes to the job screen and it does nothing. it goes to epson 1400 also and does nothing. i am sure about port but all settings elsewhere are good. printer when i go straight to printer without rip.

Im sure the port got screwed up....if it goes to the job screen ...does accurip show a job in the status window?
if not...then photoshop and accurip arent talking..and that is a port issue.....
Yeah, I agree, it's a port issue. Sometimes if you unplug your printer and plug it back in, Windows will try to create a new printer and you end up with 2 of the same. The newest is the working printer and the RIP is looking at the old printer which is no longer active. I would look to see if you have 2 Epson 1400's in your Printer section. If you do, then that is what happened. If not, you still need to port it correctly.
I don't know how AccuRIP works, but typically there is a queue. You should be able to go to the active Epson 1400, right click, go to properties then port. Look to see what port is being used. You will have to shift the column over so you know which port, for example USB001. Then look at the printer that was created by AccuRIP, most likely the Queue. Again I don't know how they set it up but if that's the case, the word Queue will most likely be in it. If so, check to see if the port is the same, it should be. If you have an AccuRIP printer in there, most likely it is not the queue and could mess things up if you change anything there.
I'm sure someone with AccuRIP who has experience similar things could chime in and correct any areas that are different than what I explained.
When in doubt, uninstall and reinstall. Good Luck.

have you checked the accurip interface? mine has gotten set to "pause" a few times -- i don't know how it gets set like that, but when it does, jobs just stack up in the queue.
ok just noticed something under where it says jobs it does not go there only if you go to control panel the printers it goes through accurip to epson . it never makes it to where accrip says jobs etc
