Here are vector images of chainlink fence Royalty free stock images | chainlink - Illustration [Vector] Files | iStockphoto.com, or a photograph that you can take into Photoshop and tweak for your needs mma cage - Google Image Search Just make sure that if you use a google image that you change it up so that it is not recognizable compared to the original photograph so you will not infringe on anyone's copyright.

What art program do you want it in?
Photoshop or Illustrator or Corel?
What angle of view do you want?
How many colors?

Mainly I want to modify vectors..what is the easiest program to modify vectors Adobe/Corel/Freehand? thanks

I personally like Freehand (R.I.P.) I have used it since its inception over Illustrator any day. But since Adobe bought out Macromedia it looks like I'm back to monkeying with Illustrator.
Have you ever done vector graphics?
Sounds like you don't have a program. Are you on a Mac or PC?
I did these on Freehand in 2003-04 before I went into Photshop for all my art.
