Default Raster to vector

Is there a free software to convert raster images to vectors like (vectormagic.com). As vectormagic is no longer free. I'm looking for something that works on windows and does a good job with images with multi colors. I have used Inkscape bitmap trace which works quite well with single color images but didn't have much luck converting multi colored images.

Inkscape has this functionality for free

Inkscape. Draw Freely.

Not sure if the quality is as good as vector magic but I have used it in the pass/
