Default Corel x4- finding image size in pixels

Can anyone tell me the easiest way to find your image size in pixels? I seem to have trouble w/ this. The in. size is there but I need a quick way to find the size in pixels.
Thank You
Ric.

Edit the pic in Photopaint, go to Resample, the info is there.

In Draw X4, Go to "Resample", change "Inches" to "Pixels". The readout will now display size in pixels.

To expand on what Dave says, pixel is a bitmap measurement. Corel files are vector.

Select the object and on the menu go File -> Export. Select jpeg as the file type and the next option box to pop up will show you pixel size.

For some reason I thought you were in Draw, not Photo Paint. But it's the same. You can choose from different measurements in the drop down box.

CorelDraw will handle pixel based images, you can import them.

It's best to have your image sized to what you want in coreldraw before you go through the export routine.
have you tried that?

Maybe you need to explain exactly what you're doing, or trying to do. We have to see the step where something is going wrong. Right now, I'm drawing a blank.

All I'm doing is exporting the image, for some reason when the box comes up where the dimensions are displayed I can no longer change the numbers for the size of the image is all. I could before. I can size the image before export no problem, just wondering why I'm not able to change from pixels to inches ect. I'll keep playing with it. Thanks for all your help.
Ric.

I don't know about that one. Try closing Corel Draw, and if you have Photopaint open, close it too, then reopen just Draw and try it again. There are some situations where another program can be holding a file and prevent you from doing things with it. It seems a long shot in this case, but that's all that comes to my mind. Are the boxes grayed out in the export dialog?
