There are two sites I know of that you can upload a large file to:

www.yousendit.com and

www.senduit.com

I think at yousendit, you have to sign up for a 30 day trial, so if you're pressed for time, I would have your customer upload the file at senduit.com. You will get a message telling you there is a file there to download. Both are pretty straight forward and simple to use.

16MB for a business card!!!???!!!
It's ridiculously overspecified, for a logo on a business card - let's assume 1" square, I'd struggle to get it over about 0.5MB. You won't see any benefit above about 2-300dpi.
Go to PS and reduce the resolution.
Try saving as a jpg.

You can download a free jpeg2000 plugin to PS here.

Jpeg2000 compresses a lot better then jpeg. I don't know why it has not become a de facto standard for web publishing.

At the same site, there is also a superPNG compressor. It can compress up to half size of what the PS builtin does. It makes lossless compression, but it just makes a better pre-filtering search.
