Anyone here checked out Tshirtclipart.com? They seem pretty reasonable and they have all kinds of designs. I've used some of their work in the past for tshirt backgrounds and wanted to know if anyone has purchased any of their collections?
Advanced Artist is well known around here. But he just came out with a new T-shirt designer called Fashion Factory that will cut your design time way down.
I bought some stuff from Tshirtclipart.com. I like what I recieved a lot. The pack I got has a lot of good elements you can work into a design. Very good stuff for the price I think.
Sorry! Guess I should've done that first! =P Pardon my noobishness.
Oh no don't take it that way. I was trying to steer you that way so you could see the tutorial as I was impressed with it. I went to find it so that i could post the link on this thread but when I clicked on the link I get the "error 404" message so i guess it has been taken down.
The collection I used was top-notch. Lots of cool gothic looking stuff like skulls and swords and shields. Most clipart sets are junk, but this is all really nice, high quality stuff. Just wanted to know if anyone else used them and what they've done with it.
Oh, have you guys seen their new Max Pack 2 set? Seems like it's just been added. I've seen a lot of clip art sets online but most of them are crummy vector stuff. This site's stuff actually looks pretty good!
I also wanted to mention Bing.com. I know it's not exactly legit to use random search engine imagines in your artwork, but Bing has a really impressive image search feature. That's why I end up using sites like that tshirtclipart place. I do wish that I could use free art instead of having to pay for art, but at least it's royalty free and I guess it all boils down to "you get what you pay for"
Is there somewhere on this forum where I can see examples of work people have done?
Oh also I know this probably isn't the right thread, but does anyone here do Photoshop work or 3D modeling, using 3D Studio Max, Maya or anything like that, and have you used any of your custom work in your tshirt designs?
Sorry if I'm rambling on here, but tshirt design is kind of a new thing for me, so I'm obsessed with tshirt clipart, design work and layout methods
