Re: Can Anyone Tell Me How Is This Done That also would be a really oversized print-you'd need BIG frames, squgees and shirts boards and a press that can deal with them, or do the print elements separately.

Re: Can Anyone Tell Me How Is This Done for a 2 color print that's pretty easy. no real registration problems. kenny's right. if you're doing silkscreen it's big equipment: screens, squeegees lots of ink. if it was a small run......i'd do it in vinyl.

Re: Can Anyone Tell Me How Is This Done if doing screen printing you have to output to a 'clear' film. the fillm is placed over top the emulsified screen in an exposure unit to 'burn' it onto the screen. sorry, basic explanation here. search the forum for this topic which will explain more.

DTG printer(CMYK+White) would eliminate all your problems. You could print it all in one print.

Re: Can Anyone Tell Me How Is This Done you could use vinyl. doesnt seem to be too much small detail so i think a vinyl cutter would have no problem cutting the design.
