ive never designed a tshirt before and im about to give it a go. i googled under images for some blank tshirts but they seem a little too small. can anyone tell me what the size of a tshirt you design on should be or do you have any links i can go to download some blank jpegs or something??

Zay, not sure what sure what your'e looking for. I use Advanced Artist Cool Stuff to send comps to my customers. For mock ups for my website I use Photorealistic T-Shirt Mockups in GIMP : the Eclectic Monkeyworks Also there is Photorealistic T-Shirt Templates these are for photoshop. I have bought advancedartist.com power training theyr'e great if you design with Corel. Mike

hey gheenee thanks for the great info!
i have a couple questions if you dont mind me asking.
when you say send "comps" to customers what do you mean by that?
and advanced artist cool looks like advanced tshirt coreldraw training am i right?
the other two links have the best canvas templates to design on if im not mistaking right?

im asking from the beginning.
never designed a tshirt before and thought id give it a shot.
cant be too hard!
i dont think im going to need any tutorials on how to use coreldraw.
im pretty much just going to mock some skater tshirts being that i dont plan on selling them.
i plan on wearing them myself

you should practice your design skills by first making a t-shirt outline. "can't be too hard!"

In my own world it stands for comparisions. I could be wrong. I just figured it would be like a real estate " comp " or comparison. I think advancedartist.com's power training bundle is good for all t shirts or any art work. From beginner, on. Mike

alright man i just got some wrinkled templates..after i finish a couple graphics for some friends ill start working on the tshirts and post some of them so you can check them out. thanks for all the info!
