How to make 3D graphic on Corel Draw? it looks like a kind of photograph, containing silhouette, color gradation, etc. Is it possible to make on CDR? can you tell me a short cut to do it if possible. Thanx.
I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but it seems like the interactive drop shadow tool is the way to go. It will cast a shadow behind the object. It is on the flyout toolbar on the left side of the screen, 5th flyout from the bottom, 4th one over. You can play with some of the settings to get the look you want. Hope this helps. BTW, that is v. x3 of corel
By the way, which one better between using CorelDraw or Photo Shop for the printing result? is it matter? as I know, on CDR there are no pixels (resolution), even we zoom up to big size. But on PS there are pixels, so sometimes I get difficulties to make design from picture even it is set in high resolution, the pixels show up. Then when this design set on the screen, the result is not really good looking in the big size.
Photoshop is a pixel program (image information is read for each pixel), Illustrator & CDR are vector programs (image information is stored as geometric measurements). Generally, pixels are better for detail because each 'dot' can be stored as a unique shade or color while vector is infinitely scalable.
Fine art prints are typically made at 300 pixels per inch, while computer monitors display at 72 ppi, so the minimum size of your work is often dependent upon the final intended medium.
