 Printing halftones
I am printing halftones on a white shirt. The majority of the tones are going over a under base of yellow with hot magenta on top. The color scheme looks great together but I can not get a crisp smooth print on the yellow to save my life. i print flash print flash then print on top and am using a 196 mesh for the tones. I also have the some halftones set directly on the shirt in green and the print looks horrible. I have adjusted my off contact to the micrometer and the screens are brand new and are perfect flush with the platen.
My questions:
1) How would you personally print this job.
2) I would be happy to send the art if anyone has a few spare seconds to check where I obviously went wrong.
