Howdy
In corel x3 is there a way to make a image split text w/o having to do it manually. By manually I mean type it out and then move the words around the image. (Hope that make sense)
I have a cross with a dove flying through it.
What I would like to do is make it so that this images is spltting the text and not covering any of it up.
I thought I read about doing that long time ago but searches bring up nothing. Probably using wrong tag words to search with .
Heres what I did.
How I did it was put the words over top of the image and then went back and edited the words and used the space bar to move the words off the image.
I thought I had read that there was a way to do this were the text was placed off the image but I can't find the post. But its been awhile that I read that or thought I did. And I may have misunderstood what I read also.
looks nice.
question is thio did you have to manually put the text around the cross and dove or is there a tool or setting to have the text offset from the image automatically ?
yes i pretty much seperated text, then moved each word on its own. its a good idea to have snap to guidline, so it all lines up correctly, on its own.
you can also draw out shapes, like a triangle or circle, and make your text take the shape of your box, triangle, circle, etc.
i will try to post it later, i have to get back to printing some t-shirts, dont you love deadlines, especially on saturdays
A little off the topic but it is a corel question.
How would I save art work that i designed in Corel to be used in my digitizing software so that i wouldn't have to recreate it all over again.
