It doesn't look familiar to me but that just means that I have never used it. If it is in a logo it may not be a font. It may be someones artwork.

Thanks Brian for the response, it is in a logo for a
cheerleading team, but she said it came from fonts she just couldn't remember what it was called. Hopefully someone will know
